Jay has over 20 years experience in developing employability skills in Scotland.

Prior to entering this area of work, Jay was a local Councillor in Fife.

With the economy in melt-down and unemployment reaching levels not seen since the 1980's, Jay's blog provides an interesting and expert view on ways we can address the problems and help individuals to help themselves.
