In our July 2008 video, 17-year-old Alan Smith from East Kilbride describes his work as an apprentice spray painter with Scott Bros. Garage in Bridgeton, Glasgow. Alan gained full-time employment at the garage after impressing his bosses during a six-month work placement, which was secured by Right Track. He works with Eileen, his Aftercare mentor, to continue his progress and learn new skills.
