Watch our June 2008 video, which features 17-year-old Martin Vance from Wishaw. Martin works successfully as a Production Operator for Bellshill-based hose manufacturer Witzenmann. He got his job after visiting Right Track for assistance when he left high school and works with his Aftercare mentor Eileen, who helps ensure that his progress continues.
