Employment Enterprise has a wealth of experience in managing and controlling budgets on behalf of many local authorities and government agencies.
We are adept at budgetary planning and ensure the maximum value for money on behalf of all our clients.
Our staff are experienced in Audit and Compliance procedures and have had recent experience in European Regional Development Fund and European Social Fund financial systems.
We currently manage funding for Adult and Youth Future Jobs Funds, as well as for Activity Agreement Pilots in South Lanarkshire.
We are compliant with Investors In People and with SQMS quality systems.

Office Co-ordinator - Diane Lister
Diane joined the company in 2006 and has become the expert in all things IT and Administration related.
Diane acts as the fulcrum for the staff, who continually go to her with queries relating to our contract performance and requirements.
Diane gathers, collates and disseminates all Company statistical updates to our partners and funders.
Business Finance Manager - Margaret Freebairn
Margaret joined the company in 2005 from Cumbernauld College and has been pivotal to the successful development of Employment Enterprise.
Margaret's role encompasses financial control, business administration procedures, payroll and statistical analysis, as well as the day to day administration of Employment Enterprise.
Nicole Wallace - Ekworks Administration Assistant
It's Nicole's job to make sure that Ekworks works!
She is the beating heart at the centre of the facility, an ever present who answers the phones, meets and greets you and if you're nice she'll make you tea!
Dedicated to recording the work that our staff do in Ekworks, it is no easy task and Nicole continues to undertake her duties with care and precision.
