Employability & Work Placement Programme
The course is suitable for individuals who may have overcome personal barriers and are ready to move on their life.
Steps to Employment is designed for individuals who have good timekeeping, attendance and are close to the labour market.
Each individual will have identified a chosen outcome and require additional support to achieve it.
The course lasts for four weeks.
It takes place from 10am until 2pm Monday to Thursday, and is held in The University of the West of Scotland, Hamilton.
We aim to provide our clients with an understanding of the processes essential to attaining and sustaining work.
Additionally, the course is designed to help our clients understand and address any difficulties they may be facing in their return to employment. We also aim to provide quality placements that offer an insight into the client’s chosen industry or area of work.
If you are from South Lanarkshire and out of work then this course could be for you.
