Preparatory Programme For Social Care Programme
This programme is aimed at clients with multiple barriers, such as homelessness and previous addiction issues.
Client referrals are sent from various agencies, such as Working For Families, Routes To Work South, Phoenix House and Blue Triangle.
Each client attends a pre-entry interview with South Lanarkshire Council programme staff and is referred onto the pre-recruitment programme.
The Pre-recruitment programme is intended to prepare clients to undertake a 6 month SVQ in Social Care.
